Refund Policy

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds may be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping costs may be covered by Wiki Speacial.

  • If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy
